Pre-Order, Return & Exchange Information

 

There is a no refund policy.

However, we are willing to work with you and accept exchanges only. Exchanges will only take place 10 days after the item has been delivered. Exchanges will not be accepted if the tag is not attached and there are damages to the item. If there isn’t anything you would like to exchange store credit will be provided. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees (return, and new label). 

Damaged Goods

 

If the exchange deems our fault we will pay for the return label and shipping otherwise, customers will be responsible to pay for all shipping cost.

We apologize for any damaged goods! We try our best to complete an extensive quality control check, to prevent these delays from occurring.

Pre-Orders

 

Pre-orders allow consumers to guarantee immediate shipment on release!

Production begins two business days after the preorder period ends.
For example, if the preorder closes on the 21st, production will begin on the 23rd.

Pre-orders typically take 4–5 weeks to arrive at our facility. Once they reach our warehouse, shipping will proceed immediately.

If you’ve selected in-store pickup, you’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

If Pre-Orders are delayed by more than 41/2 weeks, a full refund will be offered. 

 

Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order.
