Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your Uptimum Bodied account and find all your order information. You can also check your order email and click on the tracking number to track your order.
When you place an order with Uptimum Bodied we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 48 - 72 hours for your order. We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in and which method you choose.
If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your Uptimum Bodied account and click “My Orders” button to see your orders. You may also send an email to customer service on our contact page
Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment. You can contact us via email and give us your requirement. We’ll make an exchange accordingly and to the best of our ability. (it may include changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address. Once your package has shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

Money will be taken immediately once it is authorized. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. But if your card is not authorized or is under the status of pre-authorization, payment will not be taken. You may contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment. Please note that even if a payment isn’t authorized, it may still appear as though Uptimum Bodied has proceeded with the transactions. This occurs because some card issuers still hold the funds for a short period of time. We will be more than happy to assist you with any problems following this matter.
Uptimum Bodied will usually ship with your local post office. There should not be any additional fees when using regular mail. If there are any duties or fees due to customs (mainly for international customers) Uptimum Bodied is not responsible.
If your order is paid successfully, you cannot change it directly on your end.
Continue to submit a ticket or contact us via email and we can help you change the shipping address before shipment. If the order is already out for delivery, we cannot change your address.
If you want to manage your address book for future purchase, sign in your Uptimum Bodied account then find “Address Book” to have a detailed check.
All domestic tracking information will automatically generate. However, international tracking information will take a couple of days before the tracking information will show any movement.
Returns & Refunds
There is a no refund policy. We are willing to work with you and accept exchanges only. Exchanges will only take place 10 days after the item has been delivered. Exchanges will not be accepted if the tag is not attached and there are damages to the item. If there isn’t anything you would like to exchange store credit will be provided. Please contact us immediately so that we can send you the steps on how to exchange an item.

Majority of our clothing is true to size, but there are items that run smaller or bigger than others. If this occurs, we will make sure to let you know in the description of the item. If you are unsure of the size, you need you can call us at or email us so that one of our representatives can help you choose a size. Most of the time, customers take an item that is too small; therefore, if you believe you are in between sizes we suggest the next size up. We do apologize for the inconvenience. If an item is marked as “Sold Out”, we suggest you check the site frequently within the next two weeks in case it restocks. However, if it does not restock within the next few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store. Pre-orders allow consumers to guarantee immediate shipment on release!
Pre-Orders usually take between 3-4 weeks to arrive to our facility. Once they arrive to our warehouse, shipping will then proceed.
If Pre-Orders are delayed by more than two weeks, a full refund will be offered.
